Service Description
Mindover Matters offers personalised one-on-one coaching for individuals seeking clarity, confidence, direction, and meaningful personal or professional growth. Each session is held online and lasts approximately 60 minutes, with face-to-face sessions available on request. After your Discovery Session, a tailored coaching roadmap is created to guide the process, ensuring each session feels intentional, relevant, and aligned with your goals. Sessions may include meaningful conversation, guided reflection, practical exercises, and thoughtful questions to help you move forward with greater self-awareness and purpose. Coaching can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your needs and pace. Individual sessions are available at R650 per session, or as a 5-session package at R500 per session. All sessions are payable in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy 1. General Policy All coaching services provided by Mindover Matters are delivered as professional, time-based services. By purchasing any coaching service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions: Cooling-off period: Clients may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. Unused sessions: For prepaid coaching packages, refunds may be considered for unused sessions only, at the discretion of the business. After services commence: Once coaching sessions have commenced, refunds are not guaranteed, as value has already been delivered. 3. Non-Refundable Items The following are strictly non-refundable: Completed coaching sessions Digital content, programs, or materials accessed Missed sessions (see cancellation section) 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with minimum 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this window will result in session forfeiture. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds outside of the above terms may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) at the sole discretion of Mindover Matters. 6. Coach-Initiated Cancellations If a coach cancels a session: The client will be offered a rescheduled session, or a full refund for that session. 7. How to Request a Refund Refund requests must: Be submitted in writing to hello@mindover-matters.com, include proof of purchase and reason for request and be made within the applicable refund window. 8. Processing of Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable. 9. Policy Acceptance By purchasing services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
